Delivery Guide

The delivery options for each product are listed on the relevant product pages. Each product is sent to you directly or to another chosen address which you can add at the time of ordering.

Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products can take up to 15 days to make.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens the Partner will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, the Partner will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.

Free delivery offers refer to standard UK delivery only.

UK tracked express delivery

If you need something quickly we can offer Tracked Express Delivery to UK destinations. The product will be delivered the next working day after it has been dispatched.

International delivery

International delivery is available on many products, and is displayed on the product page. The cost for delivery is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product.

International delivery zones:

Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco, Greece, Portugal, Italy and Spain.
